Transport

The European Parliament can be reached by bus, underground and train. You can also walk to the European district from the city centre. Public transport is strongly recommended as there are limited parking facilities in the vicinity of the European Parliament.

Registration

Please take note that registration is not tentative but is mandatory in order to receive access to the building of the European Parliament. Attendance to lunch and dinner debates, as well as the reception is upon invitation only and not transferable. Parallel session free admission, but only with a registration confirmation of K4I.

ID-card and received confirmation

Please present your ID card and your received confirmation of K4I to the 7th EIS Reception Desk, located at the ex-INFO Point of the European Parliament.
If you have registered yourself for more EIS programmes that day or other days, please note that you receive only ONE conference badge for all days/sessions.

Free WiFi

There will be free WiFi available for visitors in the European Parliament.
As the wireless network will not be detected automatically, you will receive a separate e-mail from K4I with the required login information and instructions for the access procedure.
