As part of the ongoing INUCoST programme, this Collaborative Research Workshop marks a key phase in the development of joint proposals by academic teams from LDE universities and Indonesian partner institutions.
The goal of the workshop is to support research teams in refining their ideas, aligning project goals, and shaping coherent, interdisciplinary proposals in response to the current INUCoST Call for Expression of Interest.
🎯 Workshop Objectives
- Finalise the composition of international research teams
- Develop and align research objectives and methodologies
- Discuss roles, responsibilities, and co-authorship expectations
- Begin drafting the proposal outline and timeline
- Receive guidance on budget structure and reporting expectations
🔍 Eligibility
This session is intended for researchers from INUCoST partner institutions who:
– Have already formed a preliminary team (min. 1 LDE + 2 Indonesian partners)
– Intend to submit a proposal before 7 October 2025
– Are ready to move from concept to collaborative design

- Q&A on budget and administrative matters (in coordination with MoHEST)
📩 Participation
Participation is by invitation only. A Zoom link will be shared with confirmed team members. Teams are encouraged to meet internally in advance to clarify project scope and responsibilities.
