As part of the ongoing INUCoST programme, this Early Research Dissemination Workshop marks the progress of one-year collaborative research projects between LDE universities and Indonesian partner institutions.

The main goal of the workshop is to monitor and provide feedback of the Batch 1 granted research teams.
Workshop Objectives
- showcase the early research findings of each team to MoHEST (Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, Republic of Indonesia) and LPDP (Indonesian Education and Research Funding Agency) as our main counterparts.
- monitoring of the progress of research collaborations between LDE and Indonesian partner universities
- providing networking opportunity for batch 1 researchers, as this will bring together all Batch 1 granted teams for the first time.

Programme
Day 1 – Progress Presentation & Reflection
* Plenary session on key findings presentation
* Breakout group sessions per project team
* Cross-project themes reflection on common challenges, and early lessons learned
* Poster presentation
Day 2
* Presentation on the research plan for the second year
* Parallel interactive workshops on (1) strategies for joint publications and
dissemination, (2) measuring societal impact & outreach,
(3) ideas for new collaborations
* Closing plenary on the synthesis of discussions, recommendations
from participants, and forward plans
Participation
Participation is by invitation only. A Zoom link will be shared with the invited team members. Batch 1 granted teams are encouraged to arrange meeting internally in advance to prepare the slides, poster, and reflections to be shared and discussed with the INUCoST organizers. While the presentation will be delivered by the principal investigators in person, the team members of each team are expected to attend and actively participate in the workshop virtually.
