Medical Delta Café: 'How do we turn healthy behaviour into a habit?'
In partnership with the Healthy Society Programme
Apps and intervention programmes can generate temporary motivation to eat healthily and get enough exercise. However, they often fail to deliver long-term results. How can we bring about lasting behavioural change? Which methods work over the long term, and what are the psychological mechanisms behind them? What works for whom?
We will be discussing this with experts and those with practical experience during a Medical Delta Café on Tuesday afternoon, 23 June, organised in close collaboration with the Healthy Society Programme.
During the Café, there will be an opportunity to chat with the speakers, and a networking drinks reception will follow. Come and share your insights, experiences and challenges!
Who is it for?
The Medical Delta Café is open to the public and free to attend for anyone interested, including researchers, innovators, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, policy officers, students and others. The event will be conducted in Dutch.
