This year’s theme is: ‘Destination X, Y, Z - Your Traveller’s Guide to Higher Education’. The annual congress is organised by Leiden University, TU Delft and Erasmus University Rotterdam. This will be the fifth edition of the congress.
The Online Media in Higher Education congress examines how we can use online communication to reach our customers throughout their entire life as a student: from prospective and current students to alumni. The differences between how the younger and older generations use social media and the internet are becoming increasingly pronounced. What inspires students, how can you get through to them? What tools are available? And what does the future have in store for us? During OMHE2017, we will be discussing what the optimal customer journey could look like, while colleagues and other professionals present best practices from their respective fields.
